The Daily Victory app
The biggest hurdle for exercising is building the habit. Daily Victory helps you build one for life.
By downloading the The Daily Victory WebMD app through Google Play or iTunes, you can build an exercise habit and make it stick, five minutes at a time.
Set small goals and start achieving them. Build a network of supporter within the app to help motivate you. Celebrate victories as you reach goals.
Weigh Today gives you a place to track your weight over time and reminds you to take that step every day.
It sounds easy, but a daily weigh-in habit has been shown to help people reach and maintain a healthy weight.
Set a reminder for the same time every day is the key to a healthy habit. Weigh Today sends a message when it’s time to take your weight.
Device and App Connection Center
A wearable device or app can be a wonderful tool to track your health like never before. But keeping track of multiple data sources can be overwhelming. The WebMD Device Connection Center allows you to connect activity devices and apps to your Portal for a holistic picture of your health.
