Wellness at your side app

Take charge of your well-being with Wellness At Your Side from WebMD Health Services. Available for benefits-eligible Washington University employees who have registered on the WashU WebMD Portal, this app will inspire you to make positive lifestyle changes and form healthier habits, all at your fingertips.

With Wellness At Your Side you can:

  • Take your Health Assessment and get your personalized report
  • Set goals and track your progress using My Health Assistant
  • Engage in the WashU Moves Challenges
  • Track your activities to earn rewards!

How to access and use the Wellness at Your Side app:

  1. Download the free app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
  2. Register on the app with either an “access key” or “connection code”.
    • Access Key: You’ll find this in your WashU WebMD Portal.
      • Click on the ‘Syncing’ weblet from your home page, which will take you to your Device and App Connection Center.
      • Then click on the ‘Wellness at Your Side’ app icon to generate the unique access key.
      • Register on the app with this access key and your last name.
    • Connection Code: Choose the connection code option when first registering on the app.
      • Enter: WashU (capitalization matters).
      • You’ll then be asked for your username and password, which is what you created when first registering on the WebMD Portal.
      • If you don’t remember this information, WebMD Customer Service can find it for you. Call 1-888-383-8742.


The Daily Victory appDaily_Victory

The biggest hurdle for exercising is building the habit. Daily Victory helps you build one for life.

By downloading the The Daily Victory WebMD app through Google Play or iTunes, you can build an exercise habit and make it stick, five minutes at a time.

Set small goals and start achieving them. Build a network of supporter within the app to help motivate you. Celebrate victories as you reach goals.

Weigh Today gives you a place to track your weight over time and reminds you to take that step every day.

It sounds easy, but a daily weigh-in habit has been shown to help people reach and maintain a healthy weight.

Set a reminder for the same time every day is the key to a healthy habit. Weigh Today sends a message when it’s time to take your weight.

Device and App Connection Center

A wearable device or app can be a wonderful tool to track your health like never before.  But keeping track of multiple data sources can be overwhelming.  The WebMD Device Connection Center allows you to connect activity devices and apps to your Portal for a holistic picture of your health.  You’ll find the Center under the ‘Health Record’ tab at the top of your Portal home page.

Health Record

Use your Health Record to store, maintain, track, and manage your health information in one centralized, private, and secure location. Combine fragmented medical information from multiple sources into one accessible, secure location. Track lab test results and other measurements such as weight, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Learn more about health status and obtain objective medical information about the conditions, drugs and other items entered into Health Record.

To access your authentication key, you will need to log in to your Portal, click on the 'Healthy Living' tab at the top of the screen and then 'Daily Victory' or 'Weigh Today.'  You will see your unique authentication key in the lower right-hand corner of the page.
